Quick Update
I like to post regularly here and I recently found out that I will need to put the megadungeon on hold for a bit. I’ve been asked to write some Greyhawk material that will be published. Which is awesome! I am super excited about it, but of course it is taking up all of my free time right now. So for now the megadungeon will have to wait.
Hopefully in the near future I will be able to post and let you guys know what I am writing. But for now, I need to keep a lid on it.
On another note, I have just picked up Iron Falcon RPG and Basic Fantasy RPG in print. I have been playing around with both of these systems and love them! So I had to grab them in print. If you get a chance to check them out, I highly recommend both. Basically, Iron Falcon is similar to White Box and Basic Fantasy is similar to B/X.

Would be cool to hear more about Iron Falcon. Is your greyhawk material for AD&D. You and level 3 dork are the only 2 peeps I know of covering mega dungeons so it’s been informing. Best of luck with everything. Will keep my eyes posted for more.
I'm not sure about you but I have a very difficult time trying to get my megadungeon materials down in a way that is shareable with others. I usually go in with a map, tons of empty rooms for emergent play, and a general theme. While I use maps and shorthand notes, afterwards I find the idea of turning it into something playable for others to be a bit of a chore, haha. Though a fun one when I have them time. So I can really appreciate the time that goes into both creating, playing and then sharing a megadungeon that is playable by others. Cant wait for the Greyhawk posts!
